This package allows for you to have your dream wedding and not be overcome with stress by the time it takes to plan the perfect wedding. We specialize in making your wedding one that is stress free and unforgettable. InStyle Event Planning takes pride in customizing your event to best serve you and your guests. We will be there with you every step of the way from Engagement to the Honeymoon.
The Lucida Package Includes:
- An International Certified Event Planner will assist to your every need for your Wedding. Working with you from your Engagement to your Honeymoon
- Planning Meetings will insure that from the consultation to your Wedding Day that the budget, vendors, the details, and the Honeymoon are not overseen. (If clients are unavailable to meet in person these meetings will be done by conference calls)
- Showing you the perfect location to meet your budget, guest size and aesthetic needs
- Help with selection in choosing a color scheme and theme and presenting the couple with what is new and current in wedding trends and making your wedding one of a kind
- Set up a realistic wedding budget and help you manage and stick to that budget
- Find the best vendors, i.e., florists, caterers, DJs, photographers, rental companies and makeup artists within your budget
- Set appointments with vendors and either attend those meetings with the bride and groom or on their behalf
- Review all of the vendor contracts
- Insure that proper etiquette, religious and cultural traditions and current wedding trends are observed
- Develop a wedding plan that includes everything from ceremony music to favors
- Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories for the bridal couple, bridal party, and the extended bridal party
- Assist with the selection of bridal party gifts
- Assistance with engagement and wedding announcements, the wording, overall design of invitations and insertions and ordering to the stuffing, addressing and mailing of the invitations
- Keep track of all RSVPs and create a master guest list
- Assists with designing additional paper products (i.e. Save the Date cards, menus, programs, “Thank You” cards, etc.)
- Create a seating Chart for your Wedding
- Arrange for accommodations of Wedding Guest from Out of Town
- Confirm details with your vendors two weeks prior to the wedding and on the day before
- Assistance with any last minute tasks needing to be completed before the big day
- Plan and set up for additional events, including but not limited to: engagement party, bridal showers, bridesmaid luncheons, bridal tea, rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch
- Assist in planning your honeymoon and activities
- Create a personalized and detailed agenda of your wedding day and insure that every vendor has a copy
- Provide wedding party and extended bridal party with their responsibilities and wedding day itinerary
- Assistance with musical selections for your ceremony and reception
- Direct wedding rehearsal
- Set up and Strike of your ceremony and reception
- Manage the wedding day, supervising vendors and handling emergencies, etc.
- Coordinate and direct all activities at your ceremony and reception
- Arrange transportation logistics for the day of the wedding.

The Princess is for the type of Couple that wants to be involved in the coordinating but may not have the time to make sure that every detail is attended to. - Planning Meetings will insure that from the Consultation to Your Wedding Day that the Budget, Vendors, and The Details are not overseen. (If Clients are unavailable to meet in person these meetings will be done by Conference Calls)
- Showing you the Perfect Location to meet your Budget, Guest Size and Aesthetic Needs.

- Planning Meetings to see what has already been accomplished and what your vision is for your wedding
- Insure that proper etiquette, religious and cultural traditions and current wedding trends are observed
- Assistance with any last minute tasks needing to be completed before the big day
- Create a personalized and detailed timeline of your wedding day and insure that every vendor has a copy.
- Provide wedding party and extended bridal party with their responsibilities and wedding day itinerary
- Confirm details with your vendors two weeks prior to the wedding and on the day before
- Direct wedding rehearsal
- Set up and Strike your ceremony and reception
- Manage the wedding day, supervising vendors and handling emergencies, etc.

The Destination Dream Wedding Package includes:
- An International Certified Event Planner will assist to your every need for your Wedding. Working with you from your Engagement to your Destination Dream Wedding.
- Planning Meetings will insure that from the consultation to your Wedding Day that the budget, vendors, and the details are not overseen. (If clients are unavailable to meet in person these meetings will be done by conference calls) This includes a coordinator’s availability for 1-2 planning weekends or one 3-5 day planning trip
- Create a personalized planning schedule
- Assistance with engagement and wedding announcements, with the wording, overall design of invitations and their insertions and ordering to the stuffing, addressing and mailing of the invitations
- Showing you the perfect location to meet your budget, guest size and aesthetic needs
- Help with selection in choosing a color scheme and theme and presenting the couple with what is new and current in wedding trends and making your wedding one of a kind

- Manage payments to all vendors
- Find the best vendors, i.e., florists, caterers, DJs, photographers, rental companies, makeup artists, etc., within your budget in the desired location.
- Set appointments with those vendors/service providers and either attend those meetings with the bride and groom or on their behalf
- Review all vendor/venue contracts before signed
- Constant correspondence with all vendors/service providers to coordinate timing and all responsibilities on the wedding day
- Ensure that proper etiquette, religious and cultural traditions and current wedding trends are observed

- Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories for the bridal couple, bridal party, and the extended bridal party

- Keep track of all incoming RSVPs and create a master guest list

- Once at the location, a Final Team meeting the week of the wedding with all vendors
- Direct wedding rehearsal
- Set up and Strike your ceremony and reception
- Manage the wedding day, supervising vendors and handling emergencies, etc.
- Coordinate and direct all activities at your ceremony and reception.
